I released a mixtape back in 2011 called Champion. It was your typical mixtape from that time with me writing songs over popular beats, and I paid a friend to mix it with homemade cookies and tea. I was BROKE, but dreaming of a life in the music industry. You can't find that mixtape anywhere now, but I wanted to release this song as a celebration of how far I've come both as an artist and music professional. I hope you enjoy it!
